kmdillard, I agree. The Republicans appear to be more cohesive than the Democrats. I wonder if any Republicans politicians will comment on this. If not, it will show how much they support each other publically.

Re: The affair McCain had 8 years ago I feel is insignificant in comparison to the fact that McCain was part of the Keating 5 Scandal here in Phoenix Arizona and the fact that Cindy McCain is a "former?" drug addict that stole her drugs of choice while being a volunteer in a medical institution also another scandal here in Phoenix Arizona. I wonder why the Times didn't choose these subjects to do stories on McCain??????
I also wonder why the blackout on the Obama drug use and homo affair. I just don't trust him and don't feel he is so innocent. He certainly has no respect for his country when he chooses not to respect our flag. Mrs. Obama's comments regarding our country and how apparently she did not respect the USA in the past. Something smells fishy in paradise and as the saying goes if it crawls like a snake and looks like a snake it is a snake. Hopefully people won't vote for this man simply because he is endorsed by Ms. Winfrey and take a close look at the "true" character of Mr. and Mrs. Obama.

You all want to "Be proud of America" then vote for the True American running. To me it is Huckabee. Cutting taxes, border security, he even has the endorsements from ALL Border groups. Huckabee's fair tax puts money back in your pocket. Open your eyes to the real CANDIDATE who is for US. Huckabee.

CNN just finished a report on the NY Times article. The NY Times is standing behind the article and says that they released it for publishing becasue
another newpaper was going to post the story too. McCain's people are saying that this is "gutter journalism."

First off it is not an attack. Mccain's attorney calls it "old news" Mccain calls it a lie. Mccain is lying because his attorney gave a full report to the media last night and I was thinking "Mccain now has no chance of denying this" Now in yahoo news (i just glanced at it) Mccain is saying it is a lie. Mccain should have gotten with his attorney before hand. Now, Mccain is caught in a lie. That doesn't look good at all. My opinion Obama has something to do with this. Obama brought up Mccain in one of his speeches at a rally and Obama was attacking Mccain on these very issues.

Obama does not have time to engage in negative politics.

It's politics as usual, it seems.

I suppose it depends if this story goes away. It could drag on and on and on. And it will detrack from the debates and the issues that
we all have as concerns. But ariesgal, you are right. Stuff like this can affect the voting in November.

Crambo, I am not down playing the Clinton's by no means. I still know Huckabee is the best candidate. I like that he comes with self accomplishments, Huckabee made himself. Huckabee, has amazing plans for American people and Huckabee is a leader you can truly trust. He turned Arkansas around and Clinton himself could not accomplish it. Clinton congratulated Huckabee and Huckabee was honored by Time Magazine for his accomplishments.
