I was a little annoyed about the Carson show today. These Woman were no where near imperfect. If you are 40 and tying to look 20 get over it. Maybe they need to be on Dr. Phil show. One of your worse shows.

This program today "How to look good Naked?" is a rip off of the famous UK British program like all the other UK programs which have been bought out by USA broadcasters they often forget to say it originates from the UK and has an already following - which USA and Canadian will enjoy wathcing, I hate thieves. All the best Carson~ Sheila from Canada

Carson, I have loved you since Queer Eye. I cried when I saw what you had done for these ladies and how you made them feel. Yes, they weren't that bad off and were harder on themselves then they should have been, but aren't we all. People tell me the same thing. 5'4", 125 to 130 pounds, right where I should be, but that doesn't make the celulite go away or the belly rolls, no matter how much excerise and pilates. For a person who never feels like she's wearing the right thing and doesn't really like the way she looks naked, I understand what a great service you did for these women. I cried for them in the reveal. They truly are beautiful inside and out. Now they know it and feel it. Thank you Carson. Thank you Oprah. You did a wonderful job helping these ladies feel they are of value and you gave them back their self esteem. Job well done, no matter what the others say!!!

I'm troubled by one aspect of this show. For the most part the show encouraged women to accept and love themselves as they are, and yet when Michael and Anita went for a makeover, the stylist looked at Michael's hair and immediately said something like, "I'll get rid of the gray." Changing one's hair color seems contradictory to accepting one's body as it is. Gray hair can be styled to be attractive, but the color itself shouldn't have to be changed to make someone feel beautiful. Accepting all parts of oneself is the key, I think.

I am 47 and color my hair on a regular basis. I am not ready to go completely gray. Don't know if I ever will be.
I don't believe that's bad. We all want to look the best we can. But, you are right in that the whole show was
based on accepting yourself as you are.

I'm probably too self conscious about my body, actually I know that I am. It was nice seeing these ladies who
have a less than perfect body feel so good about themselves. I mean really....who would get on TV and strip down
to their bra and panties in front of so many????? That right there proves they are not as self conscious as they may
have led us to believe. Most women would never have done so.

Sexy has so much to do with attitude, and the confident way you carry yourself. I've always been considered Sexy, and I'm no beauty queen. Again, it's about attitude!

Carson, I have been thinking about your show, ever since it aired. My husband and I watched it that evening and both commented on how well it applied to me!! The difference is I could not figure out how to accomplish what these women accomplished in overcoming their insecurities. You see I have alot of scars. And when I pictured my self on the side of the building or in the beautiful "glamour shots", it seemed impossible for me to do this? I have had many abdominal surgeries do to my cancer diagnosis 2 years ago and then 2 months ago I had surgery to remove a tumor on my thyroid. I am a cancer survivor (Liposarcoma) which is a blessing, but the body image stuff really tears you down. You spend so much time in "survival mode" that people assume that you are just "thrilled" to be alive? I am, but I am still a 50 year old woman with hopefully alot of years ahead of me? I am open to any and all suggestions. Thank you, Julia

I'm sure my boyfriend would thank you!! haha I recently started to date a photographer (4 months ago although I have known him for a long time) and he has been asking me if he could take pictures of me for a couple of months, after seeing Carsons show on Oprah I took it all off!! I am a 38 year old women who has a average body type now (size 12-14) but grew up overweight and still has that overweight mind set that my body is not good enough. My boyfriend loves my body just the way it is, but I still had an issue with him taking my picture with no clothes on. After seeing the show I told him I would let him take the pics. Actually it was pretty freeing, going out of my comfort zone was alittle hard at first but it got easier as he took more pictures. I would suggest it to every women!! Make sure you are comfortable with the person then go for it!!!! Thanks Carson and Oprah for giving me the push I needed!! Nicole p.s. My boyfriends hard drive died the other day and all the pictures he took were lost so we are going to do it again!!!
