resveratrol ultra

I ordered the "free trial offer" of Resveratrol Ultra based on internet raves on both Oprah & 60 Minutes. The offer stated I only had to pay

for shipping & handling & my account was charged 4.50. Shortly thereafter, I rec'd a bottle of 60 pills ( 1 month supply). Approximately

1 week after that, my bank account was charged 87.13 for this product. When I called the customer service number, they said that the

ad specified that if I did not return the product in 14 days, I would be charged the full price. I pulled the ad back up, and nowhere on this

ad did it state anything of the kind. I feel I was ripped off & that this ad is very deceiving. I have always trusted & respected anything

connected to the Oprah Show & am very disappointed as this is alot of money for me to have to pay.

The EXACT same thing happened to me. I ordered the "Free trial offer" then I didn't check my bank statement for a month THEN I went out of town for a month and before I knew it $87 had been taken out of my account 3 times!!

I called the company and cancelled my order but they would not refund my Money because I had not cancelled within the required 30 days. The entire site was so misleading and dishonest and criminal.

I hope they lose all their money when they get sued by Oprah and Dr. Oz.

I would also Love to find out how I can get my money back!!!! I have 3 unopened bottles of Resveratrol Ultra. I am out over $240 from the scam!

I want my MONEY!!! :(:(

I am so happy to hear I am not alone with regards to being taken by Resveratrol Ultra!!! I as well ordered a "sample" of this product and was told I only had to pay the shipping and handling. I did receive my bottle of pills (1 month supply), I also was charged $87.13 for the product. I called to inquire as to why I was charged this amount and was told that it states this information on the website and that you will be charged. I printed the information off the website after ordering just to remind me that I had ordered this "FREE TRIAL" product. When I looked at the information that I printed as well as went to the website, NOWHERE is there a disclaimer that you have to pay for the trial. I immediately called and canceled my "subscription" in August. one week later I received another box, yet this box was empty other than the pamphlet on their product. Needless to say they charged my account $87.13 AGAIN and I have been trying since August 19th to get $87.13 credited to my bank account. I have called 10 times and every person has told me my account will be credited in 5-7 business days to no avail. I called last week and had a lady say "this account is over 30 days old" so no credit will be allowed. Well no kidding it is over 30 days, its been over 120 days because they gave me the run around for 4 months. Now I am out $87.13 and not having a job that is a lot of money. BEWARE!!!!!!!
