I need to lose about 35-40 lbs., and I'm trying to get back on the wagano. I'm on my 2nd week of Weight Watchers and so far I've lost 2 lbs. That's a start. I'm also doing 30-40 minute power walks before going to work. So far, I've been consistent, but it would really be easier to get back on the wagon with somone. Please respond if you are interested. I am looking at loosing 10 lbs, I have been trying hard on this for a while already (nov 08).
Its usually through exercise and brisk walking. Though I must admit, I get lazy and slack out.
This whole week I have made it a point to do a minimum of 3 km each day in the evenings after work and over the weekend about 10.
Hope to seriously shed off the excess.

I'm doing the walking about 5 days a week. I went to my Weight Watchers meeting today and gained back the 2 lbs I had lost the week before. Bummer. I ate some chinese food yesterday, so those 2 lbs might be water retention. Let's hope so. How is you weight loss coming? Losing just 10 lbs can be just as challenging as losing 50 lbs.
i am just getting back on the wagon too,i have also been looking for some support. i just started walking but it is still not routine. it would be helpful to me too if we did this together.

Hi, i would like a weight loss buddy, i have put 2 stone on and am struggling sooooo much with food, so much is going on in my life and i have no control over these things, i have started bingeing and everything seems to be getting worse, please help.
Hi, I also need to lose 35 - 40 lbs. I don't know how this buddy system works, however, if you still need a buddy I'm in. You seem to have made significant improvements to date. I like your idea of doing a power walk before breakfast. I will actually set the alarm clock a 1/2 hour earlier tomorrow and do it.
