It is what it is.
IT

It is everything, and everything is it.

It is a tree, it is big, it is cold, it is peace.

Tree is it, big is it, cold is it, peace is it.

What is it? Seems a simple little question, but nobody can truly answer it.

It is what ever we call it.

Many call it God. So it is God, and God is it.

It is diverse, it is the intangible, and the tangible, it is the undefinable and the definable.

It is me, it is my soul, it is my spirit, it is my body, it is my house, and it is the air I breathe.

It is this, it is that, and it is the other too.

It is real, and unreal. It is the seen and it is the unseen. It is the written, and it is the unwritten.

It is what it is, and what it is, is also it.

It is the same for everyone, it can be seen the same, it can be seen differently, because it is all, and all is it.

It is what we can see, it is what we can't see, and it can be both and neither.

It is infinitely flexible, it can be this today, and it can be something different tomorrow.

It always remains the same, but what it is can always change.

If you see it being something, like a tree or cat or time or wind, get to know it, for it is you too.

It is what it is, and it is wonderful at being what ever it is.

Be it, being it, and experiencing it, being it, what ever it is to you.

Get it?

OK. That's it.

peace

(or confusion if it is confusion.)

COMMUNION....DO YOU UNDERSTAND IT?
There was recently an article in the news in which a Catholic bishop in Rhode Island, rebuked Patrick Kennedy and admonished him to not receive communion until he changes his position on the abortion portion of the healthcare reform bill.

Many people in the church community support Kennedy's right to continue taking communion, despite his postion on this abortion issue.

The sad thing about this whole issue is that anyone who is a follower of Jesus Christ and who knows their Bible teachings should know that Jesus Himself taught that no one should partake of the Body & Blood unworthily:

*1 Corinthians 11:26-29: 26For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come. 27Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. 28But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 29**For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.*

No one is exempt from following the commands of God and teachings of Jesus Christ....no matter if he or she is a king, queen, president or any other world leader.....No One is Greater than God!
I think the show that aired yesterday 11/23 was so great. But I really wanted to say that I loved those shoes that Oprah had on. The black white with the red on the bottom. Just wondering where she got those shoes.

What was your favorite Oprah Show?
My most favorite shows are #1 the show she did in Forsyth County in Ga.which was about race & the one she did with Jim Carrey & Carol Burnette. I think they were promoting a movie. It was hillarious. The race show was intriguing because I live in Ga. roughly 2 hrs.away from there & I was shocked to learn of all the stuff that was going on there. You only hear so much on the news. Unreal to me. I think I have learned something from every show she has done. This show will be extermely missed.
KNOWING AND BELIEVING.
Inspired by a returned poster to these boards.

Well, what is the difference or is there?

From what I have come to understand, is that "knowing", is taking responsibility for that knowledge, acting upon it or not?

Believing, has got some faith aspect to it and can also be adhering to something like  principle, ideal, loyalty etc;

Do we see "knowing" in a light other than what it is meant to be?

Thoughts?

Thank you, have a wonderful day, as I am with my Coffee, "flat white", (cross between a "Latte' and a Cappucinno),it is a Sunday morning here and it is cool and breezy.

Enjoy, not Emjoi. LOL..

Peace
