A Fitting Tribute for Martin Luther King Jr.

Posted on Feb 7, 2008 10:23 AM

I was impressed by the Tribute to Martin Luther King Jr., in that, a young generation is being taught to accept people for who they are. It was referred to as a "generation that is colour blind".

Let everyone hope that we continue to move forward by example and not segregate, or blame one another for what our ancestors did or didn't do.

History seems to repeat itself, we can live together in harmony and that is also part of history.":x" Let's move two steps forward instead of backwards.

I am sure Martin Luther King Jr. would say about the U.S. election this year. It is not about the colour or gender it is about who will do the best for the people of the country.
