Upon reading this book by Michael J. Losier, I thought it just didn't make sense at first. If you have negative and positive vibrations even if you are not aware of it then how can you tell when you are giving off negative vibrations.

There are exercises that explain how to turn around negative vibrations by using different vocabulary and your reactions to those words.

So, I thought for a moment and then realized that the person has some sound advice. Over the past several years I've been sending in photographs to a local tv station that is not very well known for free and now I have been receiving free movie passes to sneak peaks and different seminars all of which are positive vibrations.

Negative vibrations come when you use the words no, don't, can't etc. I'm not sure that I understand the part of attracting less of what you don't want. As I understand there is a positive and negative to everything we do. I am sure no one intentionally desires negative situations at any age.

My only conclusion is that I have to try and look at the positive and analyze the negative situation so that it balances out my life. I figure if everything was positive than how could I learn to adjust from a negative situation and bring those around me and myself into a more abundant atmosphere or should I say harmony.

The book offers many different responses to different environments in which we live in. We can all grasp something from it. I did and I smiled when reading and realizing it.
