Essence of people is consciousness. Even existence and non existence is determinate by it. Nothing can exist or not exist without it. Therefore, mystery of life and existence, for people, is situated in them consciousness. To discover that mystery we must know our self or our consciousness.

How we can know our consciousness or our essence?

Is it possible to know consciousness by conscious?

It is possible, because conscious is just element or part of consciousness. Spiritual consciousness is essence of our consciousness, or us, in what is situated mystery of life and existence. It is unknown to us consciously, except trough intuition and conscience.

When we choose to follow our conscience, we choose spiritual consciousness or our essence. On that way we start to understand, not only our self, but everything around us, or law of essence and appearance.

We came in this existence to discover our self, not to lost our self. To discover our self we can only trough our self. Everything around us helps us to do that. Because it is necessary to find right balance between inside and outside interaction. Development of spiritual consciousness in conscious unable us for that balance.

If we stop to follow our conscience or stop our spiritual development, we are carry away with something outside our self, that we start to look for beauty, happiness and meaning outside our self. But, instead of lasting happiness and meaning what we expected, we only have constant exhausting ups, and downs, or constant unrest. Until, whole time, that beauty, happiness and meaning, what we looking to find outside our self, patiently waiting to be discovered, in us. We have enormous treasure in us, what we very often trade and lost for lump of gold outside our self.
