People are acting like all natural is some kind of heaven sent concept. Being able to choose how you wear your hair is the same as being able to pick the shoes you love or a dress that fits you just right. If being all natural doesn't allow you to be who you are then make changes. Is it natural to shape your eye brow or shave your legs? Is it natural to put on lipstick, concealer and foundation?

I was so hurt to see and hear Chris Rock talk about African-American womens hair. We get, it Oprah has long hair but why unleash what we do to get the look we want. I know how Oprah got her hair to the point it is now, and it was not only a hairstylist. It was a few years of braided hair undeneath a curly weave and there is nothing wrong with that. I commend Oprah on her dedication and attention to her hair, I think it is great. Just do not make other African-American women feel bad about what they are doing to their own hair to a place they feel comfortable with. By the way "Good Hair" did not even make the top ten grossing movies for that week.
