Just wanted to update the results of my weight loss. The pounds and inches are still falling off, in small increments. What seems to have abandoned me for good is my desire for sugar and over-eating. I do have to eat a little more, however and increase my fiber and water intake. It's so easy to forget these necessities when I feel healthier. I must remember to continue doing what has brought me this far. Where I use to be very "regular", I now notice I'm not as much. The digestive system is such a fine balancing act. Going too far astray in either direction can cause irregularities. With the holidays lurking right around the bend, my body is advising me to get back to basics, FAST.
