Horrific wars, and family feuds, are continously fought over this fear...yes, nations too, filled with fervent nationalism, unconscious pride, have collective egos...the scourge of this beautiful planet...seemingly unstoppable cancers, eating away, devouring we who sleep through it all. Disidentification from your mind means your sense of self is now derived from a much deeper place. Be here as the witness, your true nature! This is true power over all the world's power games and arguments, from Afghanistan to your morning kitchen breakfast table. Accepting and honoring the NOW frees you of suffering and that despot, the egoic mind. Dwell in the NOW! Always say "yes" to the NOW, this very instant, which is all there is, and who we are, all of this, brilliant Stillness.
