I'm currently reading Zukav's "Soul to Soul" and am discovering profound truths mostly relating to communication from the heart. He says our species is becoming multisensory and thus heart centered rather than head centered. Look at the daily news...could this have come at a better time?...Can't you see how this is presently happening to us? He says our personalities are becoming aligned with our souls. He uses different words than Eckhart. Right NOW I'm going to look at PTPON (pp.24-26) to see if there is syncronicity occuring. Let's see....hmmmm...If you have difficulty feeling your emotions, start by focusing on the inner energy field of your body. Feel it! You are no longer the emotion, you are the 'watcher' (multisensory!), the observing presence. Practice this, and all that is unconscious in you will be brought into the light of consciousness (Consciousness is All!) Zukav talks about the importance of feeling our emotions as well. For me, his 'multisensory' is the same as Tolle's 'watcher'. Wow!...let me take a conscious breath (smile). We, as a species, are becoming, right NOW as you are reading this blog, MULTISENSORY...or, the WATCHER, both the same, both beyond thought, both beyond emotion...much too much for the intellect and five senses to comprehend. Tolle ends Chapter 1 by saying if no emotion is present, take your attention more deeply into the inner energy field of your body. This is the doorway into BEING! Here is the wonderful part. Ken Wilber, (another beautiful personality) wrote about the Gateless Gate...he said basically that once you go through the door and you turn around to see where you came through, you see and realize there is no door at all! Right NOW, just this, as it is ,Beingness. This I find most beautiful...further words are not helpful, or even necessary. Rest in the STILLNESS. STILLNESS SPEAKS! peace and love, habsonfire
