Filled with gorgeous photography (just try to look at the shot of the ice cream studded with chocolate, cookies and fruit without your mouth watering), accessible recipes and smart articles on everything from a cheese-centric microbiologist to model Karlie Kloss’s burgeoning cookie empire, the new magazine Cherry Bombe is one delicious mix.
Founded by editorial director/restaurateur Kerry Diamond and creative director Claudia Wu (who met when they worked together at Harpers Bazaar), the biannual publication is meant to be more than just a magazine: “The mission? To celebrate women and food, those who make it, grow it, serve it, sell it, style it, enjoy it and everything in between,” the pair say in the introduction. Either way, I’m hooked—and hungry. $40 for a one-year subscription; CherryBombe.com
