Week 28 Weigh-In

I have to admit, I was a little worried about weigh-in this week. I've been battling a head/chest cold thing for days which meant zero gym time. And, if I've learned anything from all this it's that no gym time means trouble. To my complete delight I lost 4.6 pounds. That brings my total to 74.2!
