Daniel Pink

Daniel Pink
Daniel Pink's career has taken him from the White House to the top of the New York Times best-seller list. After holding several positions in government and politics, Daniel served as a speechwriter for Vice President Al Gore from 1995 to 1997 and discovered a passion for writing.

After leaving politics to write for himself, Daniel published his first book, Free Agent Nation: The Future of Working for Yourself, in 2002. Daniel continued writing about the changes in the American workforce with his 2005 best-seller, A Whole New Mind: Why Right-Brainers Will Rule the Future. He completed his trio of books about the working world with 2006's The 7 Dirty Words of the Free Agent Workforce.

His latest book, The Adventures of Johnny Bunko: The Last Career Guide You'll Ever Need, is a one-of-a-kind business book business written in manga, a Japanese comic format.

Daniel holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and a law degree from Yale Law School. He is the father of three and lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife and children.
