After years of studying the author, Dr. Harley Oberhelman got a research grant to visit the Colombia of Gabriel García Márquez and One Hundred Years of Solitude. It was an amazing journey, one that took him to the mountains, capital, coastline and plazas of the cities and towns that inspired the writing of a true master.
