The Peetes
The Peetes are checking their voice mail, and in the process of answering questions from listeners, Holly and Rodney end up learning a bit more about each other, too. One caller shares parenting advice on teens and dating, which get the Peetes thinking about how to best handle their daughter's young suitors—when the time comes. Another caller whose son has autism seeks encouragement from the Peetes, who reflect on the progress they've made as parents of an autistic son.

Then, Holly addresses the concerns of a caller who wonders why Rodney doesn't keep in touch with any of his ex-girlfriends. "Trust me, Rodney, they just had to be shut out," Holly says. "They just had to go. They just didn't get it!"
