Since 1985, The Women's Conference has honored women around the country. For the past four years, it's been hosted by California first lady Maria Shriver, who has turned the conference into a blockbuster, attracting the most successful and influential women in America to share their knowledge with others. Dr. Oz goes one-on-one Maria and two of the 2008 winners of the conference's Minerva Awards—sports legend Billie Jean King and journalist and women's rights activist Gloria Steinem.
