Spa Contest Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not improve your chance of winning.

2. To enter, send a four-by-six-inch postcard to: O, The Oprah Magazine Spa Giveaway Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1317, Radio City Station, New York, NY 10101-1317 with your name, complete address, daytime phone number, and spa choice. Entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2001.

3. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

4. One winner of a five-day, four-night trip (which includes coach airfare and ground transportation for two to the Destination Spa Group spa of choice, an estimated value of $4,500) will be determined by random drawing on May 15, 2001, and will be notified by phone.

5. The winner will be asked to return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release within 14 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Only one entry per person.

7. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States. Employees, and their families, of the Hearst Corporation and Destination Spa Group ("sponsors") and their subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible.

8. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries. Void where prohibited.

9. Prize may not be cashed, transferred, or exchanged.

10. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

11. Entrants agree to be bound by the official rules. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Winner agrees to release and hold harmless sponsors from any liability arising out of participation in this promotion or the acceptance and use of the prize.

13. Any taxes payable on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

14. To receive the winner's name, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to O, The Oprah Magazine Spa Giveaway Sweepstakes Winner, P.O. Box 1317, Radio City Station, New York, NY 10101-1317 after May 15, 2001, but no later than May 31, 2001.
