Keep Your Cool with Yoga

Dr. Oz and woman do yoga
Yoga is among the oldest known health practices. It has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and regulate heart rate. Literally meaning "yoking" or "union," the term yoga describes a variety of practices unifying the body and mind.

Most often involving a series of stretching postures, breathing exercises and meditative practices, yoga attempts to calm the mind and tone the body to create a state of balance and promote health, vitality and peace of mind.
