Lavonda manages business banking for Chase in Connecticut, plus Rockland and Westchester Counties in New York. She joined Chase over 13 years ago as a business development officer and was rapidly promoted to leadership positions in New York, Arizona and Texas before moving back to New York last year to assume her current role. Lavonda can be found in an aerobics class or at the gym in her free time.

Stephanie, a Vice President of Investments, manages investments for Chase clients north of Chicago's Magnificent Mile. Her clients range from young couples just starting families to retirees living in high rises. She and her husband have been married for almost three years. Stephanie competes in 4 to 5 triathlons a year, of which two have been Ironman distance. In April 2008 she ran the Boston Marathon.

Erik began his career at Chase 10 years ago as a personal banker, helping customers plan their financial goals, before becoming a loan officer. His lending experience includes underwriting, loan collection, dealer finance, and personal lending. He's now a Sales Manager for mortgage lending in the greater Phoenix area. Erik holds a black belt in Judo and is also a stand-up comedian. He and his wife have three children.
